Permission to Thrive
Somewhere along the way, we picked up this idea that life is a trade-off…
If your career is doing well, your relationships must be struggling.
If your relationships are thriving, your business must be falling behind.
Like it’s a package deal nobody signed up for.
But what if that’s not true?
What if God actually intended for both to flourish?
Not perfectly. Not effortlessly.
But intentionally.
Because let’s be honest… some of us aren’t stuck because life is hard.
We’re stuck because we’ve already decided, “Well, something has to suffer.”
So we stop trying to build both.
Quick check:
What belief are you holding onto that says you can’t have a meaningful career and healthy relationships?
Here’s a simple shift:
Stop asking “Which one do I sacrifice?” and start asking “What would it look like to steward both well?”
That question alone will change how you show up.
You don’t need permission from the world to thrive.
But you might need to give it to yourself.
If you’re ready to build a life where your work and your relationships both grow, without burning yourself out, join my Work-Life Brilliance community.
This is where we do that work together.

I love this Allison! Thank you!
